

The Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw is honored to invite you to a conference dedicated to “25 Years of UN Resolution 1325 Women, Peace, and Security: Achievements, Challenges, and Prospects.” The event will bring together representatives of public administration, academia, international and non-governmental organizations, creating a space for discussion on achievements to date, challenges, and future directions in strengthening the role of women in peace processes and international security.
The conference will be opened by Prof. Maciej Raś – Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Quality of Education, and Prof. Katarzyna Kołodziejczyk – Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies. Katarzyna Kotula, Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, will give an introduction to the proceedings, and Minister Robert Kupiecki, Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will give the opening speech (TBC).
