  • Required documents

    • Learning agreement (proposal on the classes/courses from the host university)
    • Application form download
    • Application form for the Exchange Programme with NEIU (USA) download
    • CV/Resumè
    • Cover letter
    • Confirmation of the degree of foreign language skills (certificate, exam in the Centre for Foreign Language Teaching of the University of Warsaw, or any other certification which states the degree of language skills)
    • Document issued by the Dean’s Office stating the student’s average grade (average from the courses completed so far; in the case of 2ndlevel studies, please provide the grade from the BA diploma and the average of grades from the 1st level studies and the average from 2ndlevel studies)
    • One academic opinion
    • Students of III year (Undergraduate Programme) and II year (Graduate Programme) are obliged to receive permission from their supervisor if they want to take part in exchange programme in summer semester

Incoming Students

  • General information

    Every year the Faculty hosts 150 incoming students. For courses offered by the Faculty attend every year over 300 international students.

  • Lectures and courses

    • Offers a lot of courses for Erasmus and International Students
    • Students can also attend for some MA and BA level courses in English (please contact Erasmus coordinator) ; students must have permission from Head of BA and MA level programmes)
    • Courses offered by the Faculty for Erasmus & International Students
    • Students could also attend to all courses offered by University of Warsaw;

  • Accommodation, student life, visa

    • Incoming students have also a lot of social activities, students union is very active in our Faculty
