The website is partially compliant with the act of April 4th, 2019 about the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities, due to the incompatibilities or exclusions listed below:
- Some of the website elements might have too little contrast
- The headings might appear in a disturbed hierarchy
- Documents have been adjusted to the WCAG requirements to the extent which was possible due to technical constraints. On the website, next to the links to all documents in the repository we also put links, which in case of the lack of the file version compliant with WCAG requirements or in case of compliance to not sufficient extent, allow you to automatically send this information about the need to adjust the file to the WCAG requirements to the website editor

Complaints and requests connected to accessibility
We will answer your report as soon as possible, no later than within 7 days from the received date.
If this time will not be sufficient for us we will inform you about it. In this information, we will also give you a new deadline, up until which we will fix the mistakes you reported or we will provide the content in an alternative form. This new deadline will not be longer than 2 months.
In case of a failure in providing digital accessibility services on our website in the aspects mentioned by you in the report, we will provide you with this information in an alternative form.
If our actions will not be sufficient for you, you can issue a complaint to the University of Warsaw Ombudsman. If you will still have some remarks concerning our actions in the field of digital accessibility, you can report them to the Polish Ombudsman.

Description of the entrance to the building: Ramp for the disabled at both entrances.
Description of the interior of the building: All spaces inside the building are adapted for disabled people. Two lifts allow disabled people to enter. Each floor has a restroom adapted for disabled people. There are no places with an entrance width smaller than 90 cm. There are no places with handles and knobs located higher than 110 cm.
Procedures in the building: none, the access does not require the participation of third parties.

Additional information: you can access the concierge and cloakroom by entering the building via “A” entrance.
Location of the concierge: Concierge is located next to the lift, it is visible just after entering the building.

Restrooms in the building: restrooms adapted for disabled people are marked and are located on each floor.
Additional adjustments: in the building: the induction loop is located in Baszkiewicz’s Aula on the ground floor, restrooms are marked with Braille signs, and there is voice information in the lifts about the reached floor.
