If you are between 22 and 32 years old and you want to learn about conflict prevention and resolution, arms control, confidence- and security-building measures, non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, combatting illicit trafficking in small arms and light weapons, disarmament and development, gender aspects, and peace and development-related technologies apply for a chance to participate in the 2021 Scholarship for Peace and Security training program on “Conflict Prevention and Resolution through Arms Control, Disarmament, and Non-Proliferation in the OSCE Area”.

 

The training program consists of two components: 

  • an 8-week, inquiry-based online course starting on 24 May 2021
  • 1-week, in-person course, which is envisaged to be held in Vienna, Austria in the second half of 2021, subject to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions

 

A total of 150 participants will be selected for the online training course. Among these participants, 50 successful and motivated women participants will also be selected and offered the in-person training course.
