UW-VUW Ukrainian Fellowship

Associate Professor Oksana Krayevska, from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, has been awarded a Joint Visiting Fellowship by Warsaw University and Victoria University.

This Fellowship in Political Science and International Relations was established by Victoria University in partnership with the University of Warsaw in 2022. The initiative was proposed by Victoria University’s Emeritus Professor Rob Rabel, who was a visiting professor at Warsaw University in 2022, at the time of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The Fellowship enabled a displaced Ukrainian scholar to continue their work at the University of Warsaw.

During the Fellowship, Prof. Krayevska delivered courses on Ukraine in International Relations, EU-Ukraine Relations and International Integration and Globalisation to Erasmus students at the University of Warsaw.
