We cordially invite you to a guest lecture by prof. Federicio Lenzerini, (University of Siena) on the research included in the monograph Culturalisation of Human Rights Law, Oxford University Press, 2014.
During the lecture, prof. Lenzerini will present, inter alia, the assumptions on the issue of “culturalisation of human rights”, the role of cultural determinants in international jurisprudence and the regional perspective on the protection of human rights.
