Undergraduate Programme In International Relations
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
This distinctive three-year, full-time Bachelor’s degree (BA) offers an innovative approach to international relations, with a strong methodological and theoretical foundation. The degree is taught entirely in English. We welcome internationally minded applicants who demonstrate creative thinking, a strong motivation to deepen their understanding of the contemporary world, and a readiness to study in a multicultural environment.
Tuition fees apply.
The academic programme spans six semesters and includes more than 20 courses, alongside a diploma seminar that prepares students to write their Bachelor’s thesis and develop their individual research interests. The first two semesters focus on understanding the nature of international relations and introducing students to the discipline.
All courses are taught by experienced academic staff from Poland, other European countries, and universities outside Europe. The distinctive structure of the Undergraduate Programme in International Relations provides students with broad knowledge of the field while developing their awareness of interdisciplinary issues through courses in law, economics, history, and culture.
The University of Warsaw’s central location gives students easy access to a wide range of academic and extracurricular activities. During their studies, they can attend numerous open lectures delivered by distinguished professors from around the world.
Students can also apply to spend a semester abroad through the Erasmus+ programme and bilateral agreements with universities worldwide, including those in Mexico, the United States, Brazil, India, and the Republic of Korea.
The programme also includes 240 hours of foreign language classes, as well as physical education classes. Students also have the opportunity to participate in a double degree programme with Kyungpook National University in the Republic of Korea.
