Tomasz Kurpik-Pawlicki, M. Eng. – Master of Science in Telecommunications – Teleinformatics (1992, Faculty of Electronics, Warsaw University of Technology); MBA diploma (2007, Kozminski University in Warsaw); doctoral studies in the field of management sciences (2008-2011, Kozminski University in Warsaw); didactic employee at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw; 2016-2021 – associate, research and technical employee at the Department of Information and Media Technology, Faculty of Journalism, Information and Book Studies, University of Warsaw; 1997-2018 Marketing Director at Heidelberg Polska.

Member of the Programme Council of many scientific and technical conferences organised by the Polish Chamber of Printing, the Central Research and Development Centre of the Printing Industry and the Printing Section of the Polish Society of Mechanical Engineers and Technicians (SIMP). Author of numerous articles in the trade press. Member of the Council of the Polish Foundation for the Development of Printing Personnel [Polish: Fundacja Rozwoju Kadr Poligraficznych.] Knight of the Polish Brotherhood of Gutenberg’s Knights.

Research interests

IT systems in the publishing and printing industry, management, websites, Internet communication tools, traditional and digital marketing, new media, dataset analysis.
