dr Michał Nadziak – PhD in Social Sciences in Political Science and Administration (University of Warsaw, 2023). Assistant Professor at the Department of Diplomacy and International Institutions. His research interests include peace and conflict studies, non-state actors in international relations – with a particular focus on faith-based diplomacy – as well as strategic foresight and global studies. He has extensive experience in research and advisory projects funded by national and international sources. He has participated in projects under the Horizon Europe programme (including READJUST, BOOST4BIOEAST, and IDEALIST) and Erasmus+ (Mind the Missions), as well as projects commissioned by institutions such as DG RTD, ENISA, and the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. He specialises in foresight methods, scenario analysis, and the design and facilitation of stakeholder workshops. He combines academic work with expert practice. He is also co-founder and board member of the Tangram Foundation, whose mission is to help individuals, communities, and organisations understand and respond to complex social, environmental, and economic transformations.
