Flaszyńska Ewa

dr Ewa Flaszyńska – Doctor of Humanities (2005), assistant professor, long-term employee of government administration (Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, Ministry of Development, Labour and Technology) and local administration (Voivodeship Labour Office in Warsaw, Social Assistance Centre for Bielany District, Capital City of Warsaw).  In the years 2014-2018, an assistant professor at the Academy of Special Education of Maria Grzegorzewska in Warsaw. Director of the Labour Market Department at the Ministry of Development, Labour and Technology, deputy member of the network of heads of public employment services from European Union member states and member of the Labour and Social Policy Committee of the Polish-Russian Council for Cooperation of the Regions of the Republic of Poland with the Kaliningrad District of the Russian Federation. Member of the Polish Society for Social Policy, the Scientific Council “Continuing Education and Training of Adults”, the Editorial Board of “Social Work” and the “Labour Market”. In 2017-2018, a member of the Central Examination Commission for the professional specialization degrees of social workers. In March 2021, appointed by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Development, Labour and Technology Jarosław Gowin as a member of the Scientific Council of the Central Institute for Labour Protection – National Research Institute. Author of several monographs and over 60 articles in scientific journals and chapters in books on social policy, in particular the labour market. She gave lectures at international (e.g. in Tokyo) and national conferences, participated in a research internship in one of the companies as part of combining science and business (2013-2014).

Labour market, long-term unemployment, long-term unemployed people, cooperation between public employment services and social welfare institutions.
