mgr Jacek Kosiarski – a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw, a long-term lecturer at the Institute of International Relations, and then at the Department of Eastern Studies at the Department of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw. In the years 1995-2020 secretary of the editorial office of the journal “Stosunki Międzynarodowe – International Relations”; in the past, also a member of the editorial team (thematic editor) of the journal Studia Politica Germanica. In 2012-2019, he was a recruitment representative at the then Institute of International Relations. In November 2020, the laureate of the individual 3rd degree award of the Rector of the University of Warsaw for teaching achievements. Didactics: public international law, introduction to the study of international relations, history of German foreign policy 1914-1945 [the so-called OGUN / general university subject], diplomatic law, international economic relations.

The broad-based, non-technical issues (history, foreign policy and German economy, Polish-German and German-Russian relations, history and interaction of national socialism and communism in Germany), general political and economic history, history of international relations, history of Polish foreign policy, public international law, theory of international law, Carl Schmitt, political, historical and economic geography in the world, German national minorities and German political influence in Central and Eastern Europe, geopolitical, international economic relations, international economic and policy ties, informal and secret power structures, linkages and decision-making mechanisms in countries and in international relations, selected issues in the field of political thought history and propaganda history and theory
