Zbigniew Siemiątkowski – Doctor of Humanities (1987) with a habilitation in Political Science (2012), Associate Professor, Head of the Second-Cycle Full-Time Studies in Political Science at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science (1988-1990), scholarship holder of the United States Information Agency (1995), member of the Scientific Society of Płock, member of the Scientific Council of the Mazovian Yearbooks, member of the Secretum Scientific Council: Special Services, Security and Information, member of the Council of the Foundation for Assistance to Families of Officers and Employees of the Office of State Protection and the Internal Security Agency, member of the National Council of the Judiciary (1993-1995), member of the Political Advisory Committee to the Minister of the Interior (1994-1995). Deputy to the Sejm of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th term (1991-2005), Minister of the Interior (1996), Head of the Office of State Protection (2001-2002), Head of the Intelligence Agency (2002-2004).
