Szczupaczyński Jerzy
dr hab. Jerzy Szczupaczyński – Ph.D. with a habilitation, a research and didactic employee of the Faculty of Political Sciences and International Studies of the University of Warsaw, scholarship holder at Indiana University in Bloomington (USA), author of approximately 100 scientific publications, including 3 monographs and academic textbooks, and 8 anthologies and selections of scientific texts (award of the Rector of the University of Warsaw for the anthology Władza a społeczeństwo [Power and Society], 1998). Habilitation thesis: Władza a moralny wymiar przywództwa [Power and the moral dimension of leadership], Warsaw 2013. Selected scientific and research experiences: Manager and executor of the research project Ethical standards of organisational leadership of Polish managers and entrepreneurs (grant no. N N116 1240 35, decision of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education no. 1240/B/H03/2008/35), realisation period 2008-2010; Consultant and executor of the research project Quantifying the influence of work ethics of company crews on competitive productivity, social benefits and job creation under conditions of integration and globalisation. Project of the EK1000 ethical standard for companies in Poland and Europe (grant no. R11 004 01, decision of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education no. 0436/H03/2006/01), implementation period 2006-2008; Contractor of the research project Sociological and psychological determinants of coping with rapid social changes (grant no.
