dr hab. Grażyna Spytek-Bandurska – political scientist and lawyer; habilitated doctor of political science (2015), research and didactic worker at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies of the University of Warsaw; graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science (1997) and the Faculty of Law and Administration (1999) of the University of Warsaw. She specializes in labour law and social legislation; conducts research work related to flexible forms of employment, job changes, redundancies and professional activation. She is the author of several dozen publications in the field of labour relations, employment, labour market and social dialogue. Head of postgraduate studies in the field of work sciences, organization of social assistance, career counselling (2004-2012). She combines scientific interests with practice; expert of the Lewiatan Confederation (2001-2016); member of problem teams, including labour law and collective agreements of the Tripartite Commission for Socio-Economic Affairs; member of the Labour Protection Council at the Sejm of the Republic of Poland; participant in the meetings of the Supreme Employment Council. Author of numerous statements and comments in the press. She conducts courses and trainings for social partners, and cooperates with the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs.

Research interests

Labour law, flexible forms of employment, redundancies, professional activation, labour market, social dialogue.
