 dr Bogusław Zaleski – Ph.D. in political science (1977), senior lecturer, and employee of the Faculty since 1972. In 1981-1984, he was Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Research; in 1991-1994, he served as Vice-Director of the Institute of International Relations. He was a Visiting Research Fellow at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India, in 1978; a Visiting Professor at Nebraska University, Lincoln, USA, in 1980-1981; and Visiting Research Fellow at Nuffield College, Oxford University, in 1986. In 1994-2008, he worked at state administration authorities as, i.a., Head of the Department of International Relations at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Director-General and Chief Cabinet Secretary, Head of the Department of European Integration and Comparative Studies at the Energy Regulatory Office, and Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has delivered papers in such countries as the United States, Canada, India, China, Pakistan, France, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Austria, Greece, Finland, Spain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, the Czech Republic, Russia, Azerbaijan, and Nepal.
