On September 18-21, the 8th Pan-European Congress of International Relations took place within the walls of the University of Warsaw, co-organized by the Institute of International Relations at the University of Warsaw. Researchers from around the world (950 participants) came to Warsaw to debate the most interesting issues related to international reality and answer the question “one international relationship or more?”, Which was raised on the topic of the conference.
