Dr. Adam Kądziela Appointed Director of the Department for Oversight of Government Policy Implementation in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister

Dr. Adam Kądziela, Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Sociology and Political Marketing of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies (University of Warsaw), has been appointed Director of the Department for Oversight of Government Policy Implementation in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland.

Dr. Kądziela also serves as Secretary of the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers, Secretary of the Committee for Oversight of Government Policy Implementation, and Secretary of the Deregulation Team.
Additionally, he represents the Chancellery of the Prime Minister in the Government Population Council and in the Interministerial Team for the Development of the Medium-Term National Development Strategy.

About the Department for Oversight of Government Policy Implementation:

• The Department for Oversight of Government Policy Implementation carries out tasks in the following areas:

• Coordination of strategic projects essential for the functioning of the state and society in the sphere of public policy;

• Analysis of available data to identify key issues requiring resolution;

• Preliminary assessment of expectations arising from proposed solutions—both within the administration and among citizens—as well as evaluation of project implementation and execution;

• Providing opinions to the Prime Minister on operational plans submitted by ministers;

• Ensuring substantive, administrative, and organizational support for the Committee of the Council of Ministers for Oversight of Government Policy Implementation;

• Providing support for the Team for Coordination of the Legislative Process Implementing Deregulation;

• Providing substantive and organizational support for the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers;

• Analyzing selected strategic socio-economic areas crucial for the functioning of the state and society—both horizontally and strategically—to identify challenges and propose potential solutions.
