On 10 October, Prof. Agnieszka Bieńczyk-Missala, Vice-Dean for International Cooperation at the WNPiSM UW, represented the faculty at the First Lviv Diplomacy Forum. The forum was organised by the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the School of Diplomacy.
The event included a ceremony in which Radosław Sikorski, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, was awarded an Doctor Honoris Causa at the University of Lviv.
During the ceremony, Prof. Bieńczyk-Missala presented the minister with a congratulatory letter on behalf of the authorities of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw, expressing appreciation for his achievements and emphasising the importance of developing academic and diplomatic relations between Poland and Ukraine.
