Abstract: What solution to future of Europe? A question most relevant than ever. Living in this highly important geopolitical moment, it’s time for brave decision. Will Europe stay just a follower or it will grow into geopolitical actor? How that could be achieved? Is the European Political Community the way forward?

France has been actively promoting the concept of Europe as a power, especially since 2017, a vision based on the premise of deep geopolitical shifts and a new reality of big power rivalries on the world chessboard. Nevertheless, France must convince EU Member States that this concept is stable.
