Abstract:
In this intervention, Mr Benhamou will dive into Polish military doctrines, capacities & culture and assess their relationship with other European countries. The war between Ukraine and Russia will be used as a case in point.
Bio:
Michael Benhamou is the Executive Director of OPEWI – Europe’s War Institute. He is also a research associate at the Martens Centre. Formerly, he was a political advisor deployed with NATO and EU field operations in Kosovo, Afghanistan, Libya and the GCC within land, air or naval headquarters.
