Studying and working are not always associated with positive emotions – sometimes stress and difficulties arise. That is why we would like to remind you that a free guidebook entitled “Your Head – Your Strength” is available at the University of Warsaw. The publication was created as part of a campaign carried out by the Psychological Counseling Center at the University of Warsaw and contains practical tips on how to take care of your mental health and build mental resilience.
