RISE-EU is an educational project created by Prof. Ginevra Greco (University of Milan), a 4EU+ Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies. It is designed to immerse students in the process of EU decision-making, with a focus on trilogues.
Through realistic simulations of the European Commission, the European Parliament and the Council, participants negotiate, draft proposals, and experience how EU legislation is created—while developing key diplomatic, teamwork and policymaking skills.
