
On June 23, the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies of the University of Warsaw will host the international academic conference “Building Resilience Through Sharing Democratic Experiences: a CEI appraisal”. The event, co-organized with the Institute of Central Europe and the Central European Initiative (CEI).
Key Details:
The conference, marking the 30th anniversary of the CEI Secretariat, will provide a space for substantive discussion on the functioning and resilience of democratic systems in Central and Eastern European countries. Invited speakers will analyze issues such as European integration, the impact of digitalization on governance systems, challenges facing the Western Balkans, and the functioning of the Ukrainian state under wartime conditions.
The significance of the event is underscored by the honorary patronages granted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and HE Rector of the University of Warsaw.
Participation in the conference is free of charge; however, for organizational reasons and due to limited seating capacity, prior registration is required.
