Information Resilience, Countering Foreign Influence and Contemporary Cybersecurity: Instruments for the Protection of Democratic Society

On Monday, March 16, a special event dedicated to contemporary challenges in the field of strategic security was held in the Prof. Baszkiewicz Auditorium at the University of Warsaw.

The event drew enormous interest from the academic community, and the packed auditorium underscored just how pressing an issue building information resilience and countering foreign influence is today.

Special guests included experts from the University Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings (UCEEB) at the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU), including Erika Langerová, Head of the Building Energy Systems Department & Cybersecurity for Energy team.

During her lecture, the speaker shared with the audience unique insights into security engineering and practical tools for protecting society against cyber threats. The lecture was followed by a lively discussion, during which participants asked insightful questions.

The event was held under the Honorary Patronage of the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Poland and was organized by the Student Club of Strategy and Security Policy and the Cybersecurity Research Club.
