The Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw and the Łukasiewicz Research Network – PORT of the Polish Center for Technology Development have published a monograph by Ambassador Tomasz Chłoń and Professor Robert Kupiecki. The publication is a key contribution to the discussion on the security of the state’s information space.
The report was prepared as one of the results of the SAUFEX project. In it, the authors present the results of their research on the functioning of Resilience Councils as multilateral platforms for cooperation (public-private-NGO), which are successfully used in other countries to strengthen social resilience.
