The topic of the seminar will be the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on EU relations in the Global South countries. The aim of the seminar is an attempt to answer the following questions:
– how pandemic changes the EU role in terms of external action
– how is the EU involvement in the fight against the pandemic perceived by the countries of the Global South
– has the pandemic influenced and will influence the formation of a new order of relations between the EU and the countries of the Global South?
