On Monday, May 27, at the invitation of Professor Zbigniew Lasocik, head of the Human Trafficking Research Center, we had the honor of receiving a special guest, retired Kuwaiti police brigadier Dr. Musaed Al-Najjar.
The doctor gave a lecture to a group of first-year Homeland Security students, as part of the “Basic Problems of Criminology” class taught by Professor Lasocik.
The class dealt extensively with crime in Kuwait and the country’s security system. The guest’s speech aroused the interest of the students and inspired them to ask interesting questions and express interesting observations and discussions.
