
We are pleased to invite you to a seminar dedicated to one of the most pressing issues of the contemporary Rule of Law: the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in law-making processes. The event will take place on January 14, 2026, at 4:45 PM in the Auditorium Building of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies (WNPiSM), University of Warsaw.
Artificial Intelligence is increasingly influencing the functioning of public institutions. During the session, experts will analyze the experiences of three European states – France, Italy, and Poland – regarding the implementation of AI tools into legislative processes, highlighting opportunities, barriers, and matters of digital sovereignty.

- Poland: Perspectives on the Implementation of AI Tools in Legislative Processes in Poland: Current State and Barriers – Dr. Marzena Laskowska (Director of the Bureau of Research and Regulatory Impact Assessment, Chancellery of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland).
