Announcement on the deadline and form of applying for financial assistance in the 2026/2027 academic year

Form and deadlines for submitting student applications for the award of: the Rector’s Scholarship, Social Scholarship, Scholarship for Persons with Disabilities, and Financial Aid in the 2026/2027 academic year.
All applications must be submitted exclusively via the USOSweb system. If it is not possible to submit an application via the USOSweb system due to technical issues, a paper application may be submitted to the Student Welfare and Support Office in exceptional and duly justified cases. The deadlines set out below shall apply. The primary method of submitting applications remains the USOSweb system.
To find the appropriate application form:
log in to the USOSweb system ➡️go to the “Common section” tab ➡️select “Applications” ➡️then click “Fill in” next to the application for the benefit you wish to apply for.
RECTOR’S SCHOLARSHIP
- Applications for the Rector’s Scholarship for the 2026/2027 academic year may be submitted from 1 to 15 October 2026.
- Applications submitted after 15 October 2026 will not be considered.

SOCIAL SCHOLARSHIP
- Applications for the Social Scholarship for the winter semester of the 2026/2027 academic year may be submitted from 1 September 2026.
- To receive the scholarship for a given month, you must submit your application by the end of that month at the latest. If the application is submitted in September, the scholarship can be awarded starting from October.
For example, to receive the scholarship for October, you must submit your application by 31 October at the latest. - More about the social scholarship.
SCHOLARSHIP FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
- Applications for the Scholarship for Persons with Disabilities may be submitted from 1 October 2026.
- To receive the scholarship for a given month, you must submit your application by the end of that month at the latest.

- Applications for the financial aid may be submitted from 1 October 2026.
