The network of UNESCO Chairs welcomed on the official UNESCO website a new Chair dedicated to living heritage, specifically on Intangible Cultural Heritage in Public and Global Governance, led by prof. Hanna Schreiber. Based at the Faculty of Political Sciences and International Studies at the University of Warsaw, Poland, this Chair was officially launched on 14 March 2024, in the presence of the Rector of the University and many other high-level guests.
The summary of the panel on AI in culture titled “Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Challenges for Public and Global Intangible Cultural Heritage Governance”, which was part of the Opening Event, is currently available to read.
