Prof. Anna Wojciuk published an article in the “European Journal of International Security” on the impact of populist rule on Poland’s security policy between 2015 and 2023. The article was prepared within an NCN-funded project carried out at our Faculty.

Prof. Jakub Zajączkowski received funding under the University of Warsaw’s “IDUB Research Impulses” competition for a project on the QUAD in the Indo-Pacific. He will collaborate with researchers from leading universities in Australia, Japan, the United States and India. Together with Prof. Dorota Heidrich, he also published an article in “Foreign Affairs Latinoamérica”.

Prof. Hanna Schreiber and Dr Julia Krzesicka-Haberko represented the UNESCO Chair during meetings at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.

Dr Kinga Torbicka participated in the 18th Congress of the French Political Science Association, serving as a discussant in a session on migration and the EU’s external borders. Her participation formed part of the Polish-French PHC Polonium project “AMIPOL”.

Routledge published the monograph “Values and Ethics in Russia’s War Against Ukraine: The Axiological Dimension of Conflict”, co-edited by Prof. Cezary Smuniewski. Contributors also include Prof. Ewa Marciniak, Prof. Vadym Zheltovskyy and Paweł Mrowiński, MA.

“Foreign Policy Analysis” also published an article by Jakub Drożdż on the durability of populist foreign policy, prepared in connection with an NCN-funded project led by Prof. Anna Wojciuk.
