Dear students,
We invite you to familiarize yourself with the student exchange offer to Waseda University (Tokyo, Japan) and Northeastern Illinois University (Chicago, United States).
Required documents for Northeastern Illinois University:
1 Application form (the template will be available on the WNPiSM website)
2 Letter of motivation
3 Certificate of English proficiency (e.g. SJO, TOEFL, IELTS etc.)
4. Written proposal of US study program; from the NEIU offer select 6 subjects related to the field of study; please use the class schedule, which is available at www.neiu.edu
5. Certificate of average grade from studies
6. Photocopy of a valid passport
7. Declaration of the content: “I undertake to participate in the organization of visits of researchers and students from NEIU”.
8. Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data and to provide the necessary data needed to conduct the qualification procedure.
Required documents for Waseda University:
1 Copy of Passport (Identification page)
2 Academic Study Plan
3 Study Abroad Agreement
4 Official Certificate of Enrollment issued by the home university
5 Official Transcript (s)
6 Application for Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
7 Documents concerning defraying expenses for COE
8 ID Photographs
9 Nomination Letter
10 Letter of Recommendation
