Registration – Erasmus+ for academic year 2024/2025

Dear Students,

We announce the opening of recruitment for exchanges under the Erasmus+ program in the academic year 2024/2025.

Students can take part in Erasmus+ mobility in over 130 partner universities in whole Europe. 

Important information: 

• Documents can be submitted between February 14 and 27, 2024.
• Detailed qualification regulations for year 2024/2025 are available HERE
• Students under Erasmus+ programme will receive a scholarship of EUR 600 or EUR 670 (depending on the country).

You can select a maximum of three universities from the list of partner universities. CHECK THE LIST HERE

Students must submit:

• Erasmus+ application form with a photo
• Curriculum vitae
• Cover letter
• Confirmation of knowledge of a foreign language in accordance with the requirements of the host university (e.g. language certificate)
• Certificate from Student Section with information about:

– average grade mark

– completed previous year of studies

– settled payments

• Statement regarding participating in Erasmus programme in previous years
• Personal data protection declaration

Application should be submitted only in person, in room 309 (Auditorium Building, Main Campus of the University of Warsaw) during the Section’s opening hours.

Incomplete or applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Recruitment results will be announced no later than March 5, 2024.
