Abstracts of up to 300 words for the papers should be sent through the following application form:

The deadline for the paper applications is 10^th October 2025. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Authors will obtain feedback regarding the acceptance of their proposals until 20^th October 2025.

Conference date: 16^th and 17^th of December, 2021

• June, 1^st, 2025– abstract submission open
• October 10^th , 2025 – deadline of abstract submission
• October 20^th, 2025 – notification of abstract acceptance
• October 21^th, 2025 – registration open
• November 20^th, 2025 – early bird registration deadline
• November 20^th , 2025 – regular registration starts
• December 14^th, 2025 –  toll collection end date
• May 16^th-17^th, 2026 – conference dates

Standard conference fee is EUR 75 for early bird registrations
EUR 100 for regular registration.

Reduced conference fee for PhD Students and MA/BA Students is EUR 50 for early bird registration and EUR 70 for regular registration. Please note that a copy of Student ID valid at the time of the conference is required to apply for the reduced conference fee.
